Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing efforts to ensure timely and professional delivery.
  • Develop and implement campaigns across various digital and offline channels, including setting goals and KPIs to support our holistic marketing strategy.
  • Manage and monitor our company presence on social media platforms, including Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the team to create key digital assets, such as emails, landing pages, ad copy, and ad creatives.
  • Support the delivery of our SEO strategy by optimizing content online and addressing technical considerations that impact SEO.
  • Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using various web analytics tools, including Google Analytics and SEMrush.
  • Develop and integrate content marketing strategies, creating and supporting marketing content, such as target audience videos and blog posts.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
  • Contribute to the execution and sharing of KPI reporting and data analysis associated with digital marketing execution.

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts.
  • Previous experience with Google platforms, particularly Google Analytics and Google Adwords, is ideal.
  • Skills and experience with Umbraco or similar CMS platforms are preferred.
  • A demonstrable understanding of SEO is preferred.
  • Highly motivated, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Immaculate attention to detail and a delivery-focused mindset.
