Job Summary
Sacco Mann is seeking an exceptional team leader to drive the success of our Patent sector operations. As Bureau Efficiency Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing our Inprotech diary management and case management systems, working closely with the team to achieve business objectives and implement process improvements.

Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Allocating workloads to team members and participating in regular meetings.
  • Escalating issues to the Office Manager and proactively reviewing working practices.
  • Implementing changes to improve team efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need at least 5 years of experience in Inprotech, diary management, and case management systems. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with the team and escalate issues when necessary. The estimated annual salary for this position is $90,000-$140,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
