We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team as a Learning Disabilities Nurse. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and monitor patient conditions, identifying and addressing any emerging needs or concerns.
- Develop and implement personalized care plans, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families, promoting dignity and respect at all times.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based care.
- A minimum of 6 months paid experience as a Registered Nurse working with Learning Disabilities in a UK hospital environment within the last 3 years.
- Comply with NMC Professional Registration and keep up to date with current nursing practices.
