Bank Registered Nurse

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN) to join our team at a Barchester care home. As a Bank Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, psychological, and social needs are met.
Main ResponsibilitiesKey responsibilities of the role include:
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
- Providing safe and effective care, including administering medication and delivering clinical interventions
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
- Conducting risk assessments and developing strategies to mitigate potential risks
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current NMC registration
- Good knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
- Experience in producing care plans and risk assessments
- Understanding of regulatory frameworks, including DoLs/MCA and Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines
