Bank Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Learning Disabilities setting. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to individuals with learning disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 months paid experience as a Registered Nurse working with Learning Disabilities in a UK hospital environment within the last 3 years. You will be required to provide evidence of NMC Registration and a Degree/Diploma in Nursing.
Key Responsibilities- Assess and monitor patient conditions, checking symptoms and vital signs and arranging diagnostic tests as necessary.
- Display excellent analytical ability and sound decision-making in changing clinical situations.
- Work as an effective team member, promoting team and interdisciplinary relationships.
- Act as an advocate for patients, ensuring their dignity, choice, self-esteem, racial, cultural, sexual, and religious needs and preferences are respected.
