Rikama Education is partnering with a specialist school to find a dedicated Teaching Assistant to work full-time in the classroom and provide individualized support outside the classroom as needed.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and/or Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties. They will be an enthusiastic and confident team player who can demonstrate previous success in working with children.

The successful candidate will be able to evidence using their own initiative to support successful learning and demonstrate a positive approach to behavior management and a calm, friendly manner.

This school is a small, independent specialist school for students with a wide range of additional needs, including SEMH, ASD, and moderate learning difficulties.

Key Requirements
