Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our Professional Development team as an Apprentice Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work with clinical apprenticeship students, Practice Assessors, and Clinical Educators across Nursing and Allied Healthcare Professions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage the clinical student apprenticeship recruitment processes, ensuring the recruitment of high-calibre healthcare apprentice students.
  • Work in partnership with Higher Education Institutions to ensure the recruitment of the appropriate healthcare apprentice students.
  • Support the development and management of clinical student databases.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Educated to Degree level or equivalent.
  • Educated to Master's degree level or equivalent experience.
  • Evidence of Continuing Professional Development.
  • Relevant experience of working with clinical apprenticeship students, Practice Assessors, and Clinical Educators.
  • Relevant experience of clinical placement management.
Personal Qualities
  • Ability to handle sensitive and complex information.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • High level of IT Literacy including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • High level of negotiating and influencing skills.
