Care Home Training Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to join our team as a Care Home Training Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to care homes across West London to Sussex.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in instructional design and adult learning principles, with experience in coaching and mentoring professionals. They will also possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage complex schedules and travel requirements.
In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their training needs and develop customized solutions to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for analyzing data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of learning interventions.
