Home Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, helping them to maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare meals and assist with medication management
- Provide companionship and engage in activities with clients, such as conversation, reading, or watching TV
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, cleaning, and ironing
- Transport clients to appointments and errands, as needed
Benefits:
- A competitive hourly rate of £14.00 - £15.50
- Paid mileage of 35p per mile
- Holiday pay and bank holiday pay rates
- Full, paid training and ongoing support

Requirements:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (desirable)
