This is a key role within Mainstay Facilities, responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on Air Conditioning and Refrigeration plant across multiple site locations on commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform technical repairs and preventative maintenance tasks on Air Conditioning and Refrigeration plant.

2. Ensure all technical and compliance paperwork is completed accurately and on time.

Requirements:

1. Strong technical knowledge of Air Conditioning and Refrigeration systems.

2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

3. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Working Environment:

This role will involve working at various site locations, with occasional travel between sites.
