Job Title: Commercial Marketing Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Marketing Manager to join our team at Project Better Energy. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and overall market presence for our commercial solar, EV, and Curv business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing plans to drive lead generation and business growth
- Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, focusing on high-quality lead generation
- Manage day-to-day marketing activities ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, and leadership) and external agencies to deliver impactful digital marketing campaigns
- Analyse and report on marketing performance, using insights to optimize future campaigns and activities
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and marketing materials
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, working closely with internal teams to support lead generation efforts
- Drive referral programs aimed at increasing customer acquisition and retention
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing campaign management, including planning, execution, and performance analysis
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Experience in budget management, ensuring cost-effective allocation of marketing resources
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to align marketing efforts with business objectives
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance
- B2B marketing experience (Preferred not essential)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Qualifications like the Marketing Week Mini MBAs in Marketing or Brand Management are a plus
