Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing and Campaigns Manager to lead our day-to-day marketing efforts for our Commercial Solar, EV, and Curv business units. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving lead generation, brand awareness, and overall market presence in these key areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing plans to drive lead generation and business growth.
  • Lead the execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, focusing on high-quality lead generation.
  • Manage day-to-day marketing activities to ensure alignment with our overall business strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver impactful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on marketing performance to optimize future campaigns and activities.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and marketing materials.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral to support lead generation efforts.
  • Manage relationships with third-party lead generation providers to maximize return on investment.
  • Drive referral programs to increase customer acquisition and retention.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in marketing campaign management, including planning, execution, and performance analysis.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Expertise in lead generation and developing strategies for different market segments.
  • Experience in budget management, ensuring cost-effective allocation of marketing resources.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external agencies.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and improve campaign performance.
