Commercial Manager

Are you an experienced sales professional with a passion for the small unit accessories / wholesale industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Our client, a leading small unit accessories / wholesale company, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Commercial Manager to join their team in Hyde.
As the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of salespeople, driving sales growth, and maximising the purchasing value of products. Your strong sales skills and strategic thinking will contribute to achieving the company's sales targets and expanding their customer base.
What you'll be doing:
Leading and motivating a team of salespeople to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Developing and implementing sales strategies to expand the company's customer base and increase market share.
Building strong relationships with key clients and managing key accounts.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operational processes and effective product pricing.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the small unit accessories / wholesale industry.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strategic thinking and ability to analyse market trends.
Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
