Compensation Package
We offer a competitive salary of £12 per hour, plus 30p mileage, ensuring you receive fair compensation for your hard work. Additionally, you'll have access to a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, paid training and shadowing, uniform and PPE provided, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, cycle to work scheme, and eligibility for Blue Light Card with access to over 15,000 discounts nationwide.
About the Role
As a Care Assistant with us, you'll be supporting our clients to live safer and more supported lives in their own homes. You'll follow individual care plans and assist with personal care, helping clients with bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, using the toilet, and administering medication. You'll also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework. No prior experience is necessary; we're more interested in your compassion and ability to care. You'll need to be resilient and willing to learn new skills and develop your knowledge as part of a close-knit team.

We're looking for individuals who are compassionate, caring, and able to communicate effectively. You'll need to be reliable, trustworthy, and able to maintain confidentiality.
