Salary and Benefits

About the Role

As a Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for supervising training and competence for IFAs, preparing KPI results for monthly meetings and ensuring compliance with internal and external regulations. Your key responsibilities will include checking trainee advisers' advice pre-sale, completing special projects of investigation and compliance support, and complying with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 and the relevant FCA rules.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in financial services and understanding of regulations/compliance. You should also have the ability to work with minimal supervision and take personal responsibility for quality and timeliness of work. A permanent, full-time role with flexible working hours is available.
