Job Title: Support Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join our team in Glasgow. As a Support Worker, you will empower individuals with support needs to live the lives they want to lead.

About the Role

This full-time position involves supporting four gentlemen with learning disabilities and autism, who require assistance with daily tasks and activities. You will work closely with the team to develop and implement tailored care and support plans, ensuring the individuals' needs are met and their independence is respected.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, resilience, patience, empathy, and a strong work ethic. You will be expected to work collaboratively with the team to provide a supportive and stimulating environment for the individuals we support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support individuals with daily tasks and activities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and implement tailored care and support plans, working closely with the team.
  • Provide a supportive and stimulating environment, encouraging individuals to participate in activities and engage with their community.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure the highest quality of care and support.
