SER Group is a leading organization that empowers sales professionals to excel in their careers. We are currently seeking an Enterprise Sales Ambassador to join our team.
About the Role
This role offers a unique opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to drive sales growth and develop into a seasoned sales expert within 12-18 months. As an Enterprise Sales Ambassador, you will be part of a dynamic sales team working on hands-on projects from day one, receiving personalized mentorship, and benefiting from one-on-one coaching.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and exceed expectations;
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, persuading through effective communication and negotiation skills;
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify opportunities and find innovative solutions;
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry insights;
- Continuously improve sales processes and techniques to maximize performance.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should possess:
A business graduate degree (or equivalent) with sales experience;An entrepreneurial mindset, passion for innovation, and openness to modern approaches;Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus);The ability to work under pressure, handle setbacks, and inspire continuous improvement.What We Offer
