About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Licensing to lead our licensing strategy and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing successful licensing strategies, exploring new business opportunities, and managing relationships with internal and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the overall licensing strategy, aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Explore wider brand licensing deals in certain agreed global territories.
  • Identify and negotiate licensing agreements with potential partners, ensuring alignment with brand values and objectives.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with existing licensing partners, ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and driving commercial success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative licensing opportunities and product concepts.
  • Lead the brand approval process for licensed products, providing guidance and ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify potential licensing opportunities.
  • Analyse and report on licensing performance, providing insights and recommendations for future strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in licensing, preferably in the apparel and fashion industry.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful licensing strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a keen eye for market trends and opportunities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenue and brand growth.
