Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the CRM Manager to develop a creative strategy for CRM communications, ensuring high performance metrics and consistency in visual style.
  • Work with the brand and product marketing teams to develop CRM communications that align with our commercial strategy and brand style.
  • Review and act on insights from key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform future design decisions and establish best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and work with the Creative Services team to apply these trends to our CRM campaigns.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders across studios and publishing teams to maintain clear communications channels.
  • Lead presentations with the CRM Manager to share successes and challenges from our CRM campaigns and socialize the commercial impact of our CRM communications.
Requirements:
  • ~3+ years of experience in designing CRM communications.
  • Experience using Figma design software and the Adobe CC suite (Photoshop/InDesign/Illustrator).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for delivering cutting-edge creative work.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities and challenges.
  • Experience using MovableINK is desirable.
