As an SEN Teacher for Students with Complex Needs, you will be responsible for developing and implementing individualised learning plans that promote engagement, independence, and social skills. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide a comprehensive support system for students.

Role Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, strong knowledge of ASD/complex needs, and experience working in a special needs education setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.

You will be responsible for monitoring and assessing student progress, adapting your approach as needed to ensure students reach their full potential. Engaging with parents and caregivers to support student development at home and in school is also a critical aspect of this role.
