About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Design Consultant to join our team at Care Careers In Design (Recruitment) Limited. As a Sales and Design Consultant, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our clients, creating and presenting proposals, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and build positive relationships with clients to create lifetime clients for the company.
  • Develop and present client proposals that showcase our unique products and services.
  • Be part of the end-to-end sales cycle, including post-sale follow-up, work-in-progress, and post-sale deliverables.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales data using our CRM system.
  • Host and attend tours of our workshops and studios, as well as marketing events to drive new business.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in high-end sales environments, such as contemporary art and/or design, ideally furniture and lighting.
  • Client-facing sales experience, ideally 2+ years selling products with a price range of £5k to £100k.
  • Commercial awareness and numerical ability.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Photoshop, Microsoft, and CRM software.
  • Proven sales record and experience in generating new business leads.

  • A competitive salary of £30k to £35k, plus on-target bonus and uncapped commission structure.
