About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Design Consultant to join our team at Care Careers In Design (Recruitment) Limited. As a Sales and Design Consultant, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs, and providing expert advice on our unique sculptural lighting, furniture, and artworks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and build positive relationships with clients to create lifetime partnerships.
  • Develop and present client proposals that showcase our products in the best possible light.
  • Be an integral part of the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales data.
  • Host and attend tours of our workshops and studios, as well as marketing events to drive new business.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in high-end sales environments, such as contemporary art and design, with a focus on furniture and lighting.
  • Client-facing sales experience, ideally 2+ years, with a strong track record of sales success.
  • Commercial awareness and numerical ability.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Photoshop, Microsoft, and CRM software.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.

  • A competitive salary of £30k to £35k, plus on-target bonus and uncapped commission structure.
