Lichfield, Staffordshire, United Kingdom Bromford Full time

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Community Liaison Specialist to join our team at Bromford. As a key member of our neighbourhood management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our housing stock and providing excellent customer service to our residents.

In this dynamic and rewarding position, you will be responsible for independently managing a patch of around two hundred homes, including new build homes and some older, more traditional properties. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that properties are well-maintained, raising awareness of customer responsibilities, and providing coaching and guidance to support our vulnerable customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping people and has experience working in a customer-facing role, ideally within housing management. You will work closely with our residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders to achieve performance targets, maximising customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality services.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A strong track record of achievement in a customer-facing role, preferably within housing management
  • The ability to strive for excellence, ensuring timely completion of tasks and meeting performance targets
  • Excellent influencing, negotiating, and relationship-building skills to effectively communicate with residents, colleagues, and other stakeholders
  • A reputation for being tenacious, resilient, and able to coach and develop others
  • Access to a vehicle and a full driving licence

You may have experience in roles such as housing manager, housing officer, neighbourhood manager, or tenancy officer, amongst others. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives, we would love to hear from you.
