Job Title: Learning Support Professional
We are looking for a dedicated and patient learning support professional to join our team at our special educational needs college in Central London. The successful candidate will provide support to learners with a range of needs and be flexible in their approach.
About the College:
- All-through SEND support services for students aged 14+

Key Responsibilities:
- Support learners with special educational needs in a classroom setting
- Utilize excellent communication skills, patience, and enthusiasm to cater to diverse student requirements
- Offer personal care support to students who require assistance with daily tasks
Requirements:
- Previous SEND experience is essential for this challenging yet rewarding role
- Makaton and PECS experience is highly desirable but not required
- Previous work as a support worker or care assistant is necessary
Estimated Salary: £27,500 - £37,000 per annum
