Job Title: Learning Support Professional

We are looking for a dedicated and patient learning support professional to join our team at our special educational needs college in Central London. The successful candidate will provide support to learners with a range of needs and be flexible in their approach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support learners with special educational needs in a classroom setting
  • Utilize excellent communication skills, patience, and enthusiasm to cater to diverse student requirements
  • Offer personal care support to students who require assistance with daily tasks

Requirements:

  • Previous SEND experience is essential for this challenging yet rewarding role
  • Makaton and PECS experience is highly desirable but not required
  • Previous work as a support worker or care assistant is necessary

Estimated Salary: £27,500 - £37,000 per annum
