Senior Programme Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Programme Director to lead our programme delivery team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering large-scale programmes and will be responsible for overseeing the establishment of project execution plans, health and safety plans, and quality assurance plans.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the Turner & Townsend representative with clients and selected subcontractors during programme execution.
- Negotiate changes to the scope of work with clients and key subcontractors.
- Collaborate with Business Development to market and secure additional work with clients.
- Participate in regulatory conversations and public meetings in support of clients.
- Oversee the mobilisation of resources to create project teams capable of completing effective, quality work.
- Work with other managers, project engineers, and discipline leads to develop budgets, schedules, and plans for programme elements.
- Promote technical and commercial excellence on the programme through application of Quality Assurance processes.
- Highly commended leadership skills and proven ability to operate at Programme Exec Level.
- Bachelor's Degree in Project Management or related technical/business field and significant competence spanning all stages of programme life-cycle.
- Proven ability to perform in a senior management capacity, excellent written and oral communications skills, and thorough knowledge of industry practices and regulations.
- Must be knowledgeable of current innovation and how it can be effectively utilised on programmes/projects.
