Kitchen Porter Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our team at Valor Hospitality Europe. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen. You will work closely with our chefs and kitchen staff to ensure the smooth running of operations.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including dishwashing, mopping, and wiping surfaces
Assist with the preparation of ingredients and support the chefs during food preparation
Handle and store food in accordance with safety and hygiene regulations
Maintain the inventory of kitchen supplies and inform the management team when items are low in stock
Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that food is prepared and delivered promptly and according to standards
Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
Dispose of waste properly and recycle whenever possible
