We are seeking a diligent and organized Kitchen Porter to join our team at Valor Hospitality Europe. As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas, including dishwashing, mopping, and wiping surfaces.
- Assist with the preparation of ingredients and support the chefs during food preparation.
- Handle and store food in accordance with safety and hygiene regulations.
- Maintain the inventory of kitchen supplies and inform the management team when items are low in stock.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure that food is prepared and delivered promptly and according to standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Dispose of waste properly and recycle whenever possible.
