Job Responsibilities

As a Healthcare Professional, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the delivery of our person-centred care model.
  • Ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met.
  • Coaching and guiding the team, providing formal and informal teaching programmes.

About You

  • You must have a valid NMC pin and experience in maintaining high clinical standards.
  • Confidence in offering clinical guidance to care teams is essential.
  • Able to build connections with residents and their families, providing the necessary support and care.
Salary and Benefits

£18.28 per hour with paid breaks (depending on experience), plus night enhancement: £1 per hour.
