As a Senior Culinary Professional, you will play a critical role in leading a culinary team to deliver high-quality meals that meet the nutritional needs of residents.
Key Job Functions- Supervise and direct the work of culinary staff to ensure the delivery of high-quality culinary services.
- Evaluate the performance of the culinary team and implement improvements.
- Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment.
- Hold a relevant catering qualification, such as City & Guilds 706/1 and 706/2 or NVQ or equivalent.
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a senior culinary role.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
