About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Quality Specialist to join our Garment Technology team. As a Product Quality Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of our products, while also driving commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement product approval processes to ensure products meet commercial standards and customer expectations.
  • Take ownership of product performance and develop/approve products at pace.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality expectations into product development.
  • Ensure product testing for safety, durability, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage supplier relationships to maintain quality standards.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement preventative measures.
  • Use customer returns data and feedback to identify product issues and areas for improvement.
  • Regularly report performance metrics to management.

About You

  • Experience in product quality roles, preferably in online fashion retailers or suppliers.
  • Good understanding of product quality standards, regulatory requirements, and testing methodologies.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive informed decisions.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
