We are recruiting for an experienced Learning Support Assistant to work with a Year 4 student with significant Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at Academics Ltd. This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of empathy, patience, and understanding.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized support to the student, including:

  • Assisting with daily living skills, such as toileting and dressing;
  • Supporting the student during lessons and activities, promoting their engagement and participation;
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with parents and carers, keeping them informed of progress and sharing concerns.

This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, and the chance to make a real difference in the life of a young person. We are looking for someone who is committed to delivering excellent support and has a passion for working with children with complex needs.
