We are seeking a highly skilled IT Application Support Specialist to join our team at Victrex. As an Application Support Analyst, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business-critical applications.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver First-Line Application Support: Provide timely and effective support to our users, diagnosing and resolving issues related to our business applications.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our IT Service Delivery Manager, application cross-functional teams, super users, and work stream leaders to triage, troubleshoot, and resolve application technical issues.
- Perform Regular Monitoring and Maintenance: Ensure the stability and performance of our applications by performing regular monitoring and maintenance tasks.
- Assist with Software Deployment: Assist with the deployment of new software releases and updates, including testing and validation.
- Maintain Application Support Documentation: Maintain and improve application support documentation, including relevant knowledge base articles and user guides.
- Provide Reporting and MI: Provide reporting and management information to our IT Leadership Team related to our enterprise applications.
We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record in an application support role, ideally with experience in Dynamics 365. Familiarity with the ITIL framework and processes is also essential. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, a keen eye for detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive starting salary, ranging from £28,000 to £35,000 per annum, based on experience. Our benefits include 29 days of annual leave plus bank holidays, a competitive pension scheme with employer contributions of up to 14%, annual bonus scheme, share options, and private medical insurance.
