Role Overview:

We are seeking a Psychology and Criminology Graduate to join our team at Academics Ltd, working with children who have SEMH, Mild Learning difficulties, and complex social, emotional, and mental health needs.

This is a challenging yet rewarding role, focusing on providing therapeutic support and promoting wellbeing in a 'Good' Ofsted rated Special School in Bristol. As a Graduate Psychologist, you will work closely with the school's specialist team to provide first-class support to students.

The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in Psychology and Criminology, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you are passionate about making a positive impact on young lives, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Providing individualized support to students with complex needs
  2. Developing and implementing personalized care plans
  3. Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless provision
