Job Summary

Fleet Administrator role at Dexters Estate Agent Group involves supporting the Head of Fleet Operations in sourcing vehicles, managing transfers and end-of-lease returns. The ideal candidate will be able to arrange repairs and quotations, ensuring costs are allocated and recharged appropriately. This position requires maintaining accurate records of vehicle allocations, return dates, permits, maintenance costs, and parking fines. Furthermore, the Fleet Administrator will be responsible for managing driver relationships, conducting fleet audits, and ensuring drivers have appropriate insurance cover.



Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of Fleet Operations in sourcing vehicles and managing transfers and end-of-lease returns
  • Arrange repairs and quotations, ensuring costs are allocated and recharged appropriately
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle allocations, return dates, permits, maintenance costs, and parking fines
  • Manage driver relationships, conduct fleet audits, and ensure drivers have appropriate insurance cover
  • Process parking fines, ensuring accurate records are kept and flagging concerns to directors
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team during periods of annual leave and as necessary
  • Conduct vehicle spot checks, including off-site visits to offices


Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess competent computer skills, knowledge of Word and Excel, and the ability to drive with a clean driving license. A desire to develop a career in Fleet or Facilities Management is also essential.
