Job Description:
  • We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, who can effectively resolve customer queries across all channels.
  • You will be responsible for allocating tasks to operatives and subcontractors, ensuring that they have the necessary resources to complete their work efficiently.
  • Another key aspect of this role is managing customer expectations, resolving issues promptly, and escalating complex problems to supervisors as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Manage customer relationships through regular updates and clear communication.
  3. Collaborate with other teams to address job-related issues and ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
