Job Description:

The Transportation Logistics Executive will be responsible for supporting the Head of Fleet Operations in various tasks, including sourcing vehicles, arranging repairs, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing vehicles, administering transfers, and end-of-lease returns
  • Arranging repairs and quotations as necessary, ensuring costs are allocated and recharged appropriately
  • Working with Directors to source parking spaces, focusing on low-cost options and managing relationships with local authorities to obtain necessary permits
  • Maintaining accurate records regarding vehicle allocations, return dates, permits, maintenance costs, and PCNs
  • Processing PCNs, ensuring accurate records are kept and flagging concerns to Directors

Estimated Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in transportation logistics or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to drive, with a clean driving license; confident to drive a variety of vehicles, including manual and automatic, within Greater and Central London
