About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our dynamic team at Impact Food Group. As a key member of our HR team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our HR functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administering background checks, right to work checks, and supporting with vetting requirements to ensure compliance with our safeguarding policies and procedures.
  • Preparing accurate and timely letters and contracts in accordance with required approval processes and HR protocols.
  • Supporting the HR Business Partners with absence management policy and process, highlighting any anomalies or trends.
Requirements
  • Previous HR or administrative experience is essential.
  • Self-motivated with confident people skills, excellent telephone manner, and exceptional literacy skills.
  • Confident skills with intermediate Word and Excel on a PC and experience managing information on a database.
  • Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize conflicting deadlines.
  • Uncompromising attention to detail.
  • Experience of HR systems would be preferred, and experience of MHR i-Trent would be highly desirable.
