Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze organizational performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance organizational performance, alignment, and integration
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to establish performance metrics and targets
  • Monitor and evaluate performance improvement initiatives, making recommendations for ongoing enhancements
About You

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
