About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Estimator to join our Project & Programme Services team at AtkinsRéalis. As a Senior Estimator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality estimating services to our clients, while also contributing to the growth and development of our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver accurate and comprehensive estimates for infrastructure projects, including rail and transport, heavy civils, energy, and nuclear.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve estimating processes and services.
  • Contribute to the development of business growth strategies and initiatives to expand our estimating services.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of technical excellence, innovation, and exceptional service delivery in estimating.
  • Strong understanding of industry benchmarks, best practices, and methods of measurement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
