Estimator Project Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Estimator Project Manager to join our team at Gabbott Recruitment Online Limited. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to work with a reputable and established company in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pricing works projects and preparing accurate quotations from architectural documents
  • Liaising with customers to prepare production paperwork for the factory using Microsoft Excel
  • Working alongside the sales team to ensure competitive quotations and maximising sales opportunities
  • Close attention to detail and methodical approach to ensure accuracy
  • Preparation of requisitions for materials ordering purposes
  • Keeping accurate records on our bespoke system
  • Keeping in contact with customers regarding progress during order production and delivery
  • Involved in materials scheduling and liaising with the planning department and factory
Requirements:
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and estimating software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the building industry and wood products an advantage
