Job Description

CV-Library is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD) to join our team in providing specialist care services to individuals with complex needs and disabilities. This role involves delivering care in the community, promoting independence, and empowering individuals to achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting risk assessments, developing recovery plans, and writing reports, ensuring that all care is delivered to the highest standard. This requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with service users and colleagues alike.

Requirements and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess a degree-level qualification in Nursing, with current NMC registration and minimum 2 years' postgraduate experience as RNLD. A solid understanding of Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act is also essential, along with the ability to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care. Experience working with a multi-disciplinary team is preferred, along with evidence of updating practice and continued professional development.
