Job Overview:
Egis Group is seeking an experienced Claims Handler to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality claims management services in a commercial environment.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will have excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information to colleagues and external stakeholders. You will be proficient in claims handling IT systems and have experience working with insurers and other external parties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple open claims simultaneously, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing financial losses.
  • Liaise with Commercial, Administration, Operational, and Delivery teams to bridge relationships and facilitate effective claims management.
  • Compile evidence packs, including on-scene photos, operational paperwork, and reports, to support claims processing.
  • Collaborate with Commercial teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with claim recovery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurers, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and efficient claims resolution.


Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will require:
  • A proven track record of claims handling experience in a commercial environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.


What We Offer:
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including private health insurance, life assurance, and pension scheme.
