Financial Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Bookkeeper to join our team in South Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing various aspects of the company's finances, including:

  1. The sales ledger, where they will raise ad-hoc customer invoices and credit notes.
  2. The purchase ledger, where they will process supplier invoices, payments, and monthly statement reconciliations.
  3. Bank reconciliation, where they will ensure daily transactions are processed and weekly reconciliations are performed.
  4. Account preparation, where they will prepare accounts for the trial balance stage.
  5. Management account assistance, where they will support the preparation of management accounts.
  6. Bank records administration, where they will manage electronic and manual bank records/mandates.
  7. Balance sheet reconciliation, where they will perform balance sheet reconciliations.
  8. Credit card reconciliation, where they will manage and control credit card reconciliations.
  9. Inter-company reconciliation, where they will manage and control intercompany reconciliations.
