Pension Administration Specialist

Are you passionate about pension administration and looking for a challenging role? We are seeking an experienced Pension Administration Specialist to join our team at CleverHR. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of SSAS schemes.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of pension legislation and experience in administering SSAS schemes. You will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively with clients, advisors, and other stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of SSAS schemes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Process contributions and transfers into existing SIPPs
- Monitor SIPP bank accounts to ensure sufficient cash is retained to pay fees and income payments
- Administer a small scheme allocation with guidance to aid progression
- Attend regular team meetings and contribute feedback and ideas
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of pension legislation and regulations
- Experience in administering SSAS schemes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
