About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced EMEA Hiring expert to manage the end-to-end hiring process for our revenue-generating lines of business. As a key member of our Global Markets team, you will be responsible for leading search firm relationships, screening/interviewing candidates, and partnering with senior leaders within the business and across Human Resources (HR) to achieve hiring objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the entire hiring process from validation of headcount approval through to day 1 of employment.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal aspects of recruiting and candidate selection, including applicable federal and state recruitment regulations.
  • Partner closely with colleagues within Talent Acquisition, Human Resources Generalist teams, as well as Compensation, Onboarding, L&LD, and Mobility.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition within Investment Banking, preferably in a Front Office / Revenue Generating role.
  • Excellent planning, organizing, and follow-through abilities.
  • Confident using Excel.
