We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to join our team at Euro-Projects Recruitment Ltd. As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for managing site-based activity within the South of England.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out site surveys to identify potential issues and opportunities
- Manage contractors and suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Conduct health and safety risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment
- Visit multiple sites across the South of England to monitor progress and provide support
- Develop and implement strategies to improve business performance and growth
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the construction industry
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Full UK driving license and willingness to travel
