Administrative Support Professional

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team in Berkhamsted. As a key member of our Private Client department, you will provide high-quality administrative support to our Fee Earners and contribute to the smooth operation of our office.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will have previous experience as a legal secretary, preferably in Private Client, although other legal secretarial experience will be considered. Proven audio typing experience is essential, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues. You will be responsible for producing documents and correspondence using audio/copy typing, managing Fee Earners' diaries, and maintaining client details on our database.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Fee Earners, including scheduling appointments, arranging meetings, and organizing travel
- Manage Fee Earners' client details, updating information as required
- Produce documents and correspondence using audio/copy typing
- Cost files on a monthly basis and prepare draft bills, ensuring disbursements are claimed and paid
- Awareness of GDPR and handling sensitive information with confidentiality and security
