Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Berkhamsted. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing the day-to-day administration of the sales team, including handling client inquiries and managing progress chasing.
  • Providing essential administrative support to the sales team, including data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and effective workflow.
  • Handling goods in and out administration, ensuring all processes run smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have prior experience in sales administration or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong time management and diary management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment, demonstrating great problem-solving skills.
