About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager Coordinator to join our team in Vistry West Yorkshire. This is an exciting opportunity to work on various residential projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate technical information between external consultants and internal departments throughout the design and construction process.
  • To ensure all approvals are obtained and information received and issued to allow for a prompt start on site.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience in Architecture / Civil Engineering.
  • Previous experience in Residential Housing sector.
  • Proficient in MS Office programmes.

Benefits:

  • Competitive basic salary of £45,000 per annum.
  • Up to 33 days annual leave plus bank holidays increasing to up to 39 days with service.
  • 2 Volunteering days per annum.
