**Job Summary**

This role offers a unique opportunity for a senior nurse to take on a leadership position within our Community Care Division, working closely with service users, carers and other key stakeholders to drive clinical improvements and deliver high-quality patient care.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Evaluate and enhance nursing practice through audit and service user feedback.
  • Develop and implement strategies to address any shortfalls in nursing practice.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Significant experience in clinical practice at a senior level.
  • Evidence of post-registration study/continuing professional development.
  • The ability to exercise a high degree of personal and professional autonomy and critical judgement.

**Estimated Salary:** £53,755 - £60,504 per annum
